We only accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of purchase. We do NOT accept returns on products that you did not test prior to purchasing. Kavon Kandles, LLC is not responsible if you do not like your product or chose incorrectly. The request must be sent in writing. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase. The cost of shipping is your responsibility.
